I have played millions of hands of blackjack. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of bankroll at blackjack. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the casino.

I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or defeat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You need to comprehend that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you witness wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet

Wager $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of $20

Wager $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager

Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40

Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar wager

Wager $40
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet

Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160

Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first $160 wager

If you left at this point you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
