Blackjack Is Like A Roller Coaster
Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a wild ride. Blackjack is a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you slowly build up your bank roll, you feel as though you are making moves to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops out.
black jack is so very similar to a wild ride the similarities are eerie. As is the case with the popular fairground experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will seem as though they are going well for awhile before it bottoms out one more time. You have to be a bettor who can readjust to the ups … downs of the game especially given that the game of black jack is full of them.
If you like the small coaster, a coaster that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the coaster ride is with a fatter wager, then jump on for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The big spender will love the view from the monster crazy ride because he/she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s all lovely, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to flip and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.
If you do not, you might not necessarily recall how much you enjoyed the good life while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a crazy fun ride … your head in the air. As you are reminiscing on "what ifs", you won’t always remember how "high up" you went but you will clearly recall that catastrophic drop as clear as day.
